Decks and outdoor spaces are usually the fastest jobs we run, but they get the same itemised quote and site management as a full renovation. Timber and hardware are chosen for what the coast and the escarpment weather actually do to a structure, not just what looks good on day one.

Most jobs are done in two to four weeks, with the site left clean every day. If you're also after landscaping or site works around the new deck, that gets folded into the same quote.
